Commissions ToS

I. GENERAL TERMS
- Please communicate your request as clearly as possible (English preferred)
- Provide references (As requested or relevant to commission)
- Rude behavior will not be toleratedI WILL DRAW
- Original Character
- Furry
- Fanart
- Real people (IN MY STYLE)
- Nudity (Suggestive or not)I WON'T DRAW
- Mecha (OK with some robotic elements)
- Extreme gore (OK with soft gore)
- Anything involving hate symbols/speech, racist characteristics, etc.
- Nudity involving minors/childlike charactersIf you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.II. PAYMENTS
All commissions must be paid upfront after our proposal discussionNo refunds at any point in the processIII. PROCESS
Work In Progress images will be given (Changes can be requested during the sketch, minor changes can be made to the final piece)Expect commissions to be completed within 1-2 weeksIt’s always possible for a commission to be delayed due to family/work/health emergencies, in which case you will be notified ASAP. I will discuss with you depending on the situation if we will need to cancel the commission.IV. USAGE
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 200% of original price.With commercial rights you are allowed to;
- Produce any sort of merchandise with the artwork.
- Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
- Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.Any usage involving the following can/will have your right to the image completely revoked. (I strongly do not approve of my art being used for these purposes)
- NFTs
- AI training/promotion/generation
- Any hateful or disturbed/illegal contentV. COPYRIGHT
I, the artist, hold rights to the produced drawing (As the artist)You will be requested to answer if this work falls under an NDA (If “Yes”, we will discuss what this agreement looks like)You will be requested to answer if I’m allowed to post this work anywhere or use it in my portfolio (If “Yes”, we can discuss what these posts can look like and if you’d like to be tagged, etc.)The commissioner is allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal usage with credit to me, the artist.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to me, the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following will be considered Copyright infringement:
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Attempting to use the commission with the intention of using my art for an NFT, Non-fungible token, or for usage in AI generation.VI. COMMUNICATIONWe will communicate prior to me beginning your commission.We will discuss:
- If your commission falls under an NDA, and what that agreement looks like
- The references I'll require to complete your commission
- Any other questions you may have
